Dispute Analyst

International consulting company Master Call LLC is looking for Dispute Analyst.

The main responsibilities are:

• Dispute Chargebacks for credit card transactions and APMs.
• Improve dispute processes.
• Preparing reports for the Company's management.
• Minimizing possible risk or losses for the company.
• Compile data and information into reports.
• Handle the Chargeback process.
• Liaise with the risk department to identify chargeback trends.

Requirement :

• Understanding of Card schemes dispute management process.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking.
• Highly motivated.
• Experience in dispute management for VISA and MasterCard chargeback process.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
