Trainee/Junior Project Manager (German language)

Aimprosoft, a fast-growing outsourcing IT company, is looking for a Trainee/Junior Project Manager. This role offers dynamic work in the multinational environment, as it deals with the US and Western European B2B markets.

Responsibilities:

• Performing overall project planning: prioritizing, estimating, and scheduling project work

• Managing and monitoring project successful execution and delivery on time and within the allocated budget

• Communication with the clients to find out their needs and transfer them into the requirements

• Coordination of development teams

• Performing project risk management

• Updating project documentation

• Managing projects staff: tracking, coordinating, and notifying management about the needs of the project team and avoiding conflicts in the team

   

Required skills:

• Understanding of IT technologies, product development lifecycle and software development methodologies

• Knowledge of Agile software development technologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP etc.). Practical experience as a Scrum Master would be a plus

• Setting priorities among existing problem areas

• Ability to work on several projects at the same time

• Excellent communication skills: negotiating, communication with clients, interaction with developers

• Constant self-development and extraordinary thinking

• English - B2 and higher 

• German - B2 and higher

   

Nice to have:

• Pedantism and perfectionism

• Work experience in IT as a PM 1+ years

• Work experience with projects on top of Java, JavaScript, Android or iOS

• Experience with JIRA, Redmine and other project management tools is a plus
