Headquartered in Estonia, we run offshore R&D centers in Kyiv and Lviv. Our team is 50% remote and distributed. We specialize in flexible interaction exclusively with international clients (we cover industries from commercial aviation to fintech) thanks to a multinational support group of experts and management.
We are looking for Project & Account Manager to join our team for successful project delivery in time in scope and in the budget.
You will fit if you have:
- Ability to manage teams of 5+ people and deliver multiple projects
- Understanding & practical knowledge of SDLC
- Knowledge/understanding of PMBOK, Scrum Guide
- Strong communication & negotiation skills

- Experience in proposal preparation and presentation
- Risks, issues and scope management
- Strong intermediate level of English

What responsibilities & tasks will wait for you?
- End-to-end delivery of multiple projects: which includes communication with the customer and stakeholders, project estimations and management of project teams
- Engaged in client's discussion regarding the project scope and timelines
- Implementing SDLC/PM practices, taking ownership of project outcomes
- Working on the process quality and deliverables (within defined scope, resources, timeline)
- Client relationship building and improvement
- Contract and Annex signing/prolongation
- Client satisfaction feedback gathering and sharing
- Organize and conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Get results recorded within the Customer Survey Database
- "Warm-up" the Account for a new opportunity (Upsale, cross-sales, references)
- Account growth and development
- Manage corrective actions and risks
- Manage escalated issues for resolution
- Perform delivery assurance
- Create and send a monthly report to Customer (Client Satisfaction, but Not Delivery! Reports)
- Check and resolve Customer payment issues.
- Update Customer related risks and apply appropriate mitigation strategy/plan when necessary
- Review Monthly Forecasts and Plans with your account
- Organize and conduct scheduled visits of Customer to 8allocate site and 8allocate to the Customer site

Work Schedule and location
Flexible: it is not necessary to sit out from 09:00 to 18:00. You can work from home 1 day a week. If you want, you can come earlier and, accordingly, leave earlier (+/- 2 hours). The workplace in the office is in two steps (actually less than 1 minute!) from the metro station Pecherskaya
