Swiss Skincare brand is looking for a full-time talented team player with a passion for beauty industry who will be be a part of retail relations and supply & logistic team in new business project. High responsibility and active contribution to project growth is a must, as well as strong motivation for self-development and positive attitude in demanding conditions. The main focus of responsibilities includes managing retail relations, stock, logistics and supply chain management, organizing the payment and order shipping.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Retail relations management (invoicing and other documents, orders preparation)
• Logistics and stock management (required documents, shipments, formation of deliveries)
• Managing orders in accounting software
• Managing production orders timeline
• Client database (B2B) management

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Logistics/Economics/Business Management/ 
• Fluent Business English
• Experience in logistics & retail communication in Beauty industry 1-2 years as additional advantage.
• Excellent communication skills both written and conversational
• Account management skills would be an advantage
• 1C skills
• Result-oriented approach
• Flexibility in demanding environment
• Strong business ethics
• Positive attitude
