CEO/Project manager (OTT project)

Active development of new OTT service in Europe, we are looking for a proactive Project Manager/Team Lead, who is ready to form a team and successfully develop this OTT project.

Requirements:

• Attention!!! Required Experience in OTT at least 3 years ( We do not consider candidates from other areas)
• Understanding of Russian and Ukrainian-speaking audience
• General understanding of the European media space in the EU, trends
• English level at least intermediate
• Proactivity, ability to build teams and manage them properly
• Ability to build business processes from scratch and work on results

Responsibilities:

• Build a team and monitor the implementation of KPi indicators of the team
• Systematize the work and work processes of the team;
• Solve operational issues of the project;
• Manage the development of the project;
• Control the project indicators (attendance, financial performance, etc.)
• Control the execution of the team's tasks.
