International lawyer

SLOTEGRATOR - The Slotegrator international company is a vendor and software developer for online casinos. We are looking for a talented and hard-working colleague to join our team in the position of International Lawyer.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Law degree;
• Advanced English is a must;
• 2+ years of professional experience in IT/FinTech/Corporate/Compliance and Contract law;
• Knowledge of international corporate and compliance regulations;
• Experience in draft and review of various commercial contracts and agreements.
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advising on commercial contracts & licensing regulations;
• Interaction with counterparties: negotiating procedures with counterparties, checking counterparty agreements, processing counterparty claims, analyzing and identifying potential risks, developing proposals for minimizing them and agreeing decisions with Company management;
• Maintenance of the register of contracts, execution of contracts for storage;
• Development of draft internal regulatory documents;
• Preparation of certificates on issues related to the financial and economic activities of the Company;
• Coordination of activities and assistance in registering legal entities, amending constituent documents;
• The solution of controversial cases;
• Representation and protection of the interests of the Company in state, municipal and commercial organizations and institutions;
• Draft and review of soft-related agreements, including IP rights assignment, distribution and license agreements re trademarks, as well as hi-tech technologies etc.;
• Draft and review of various documents necessary for the companies' day-to-day operations, inter alia, applications, letters, powers of attorney, resolutions etc.;
• Conducting legal due diligence and preparing respective due diligence reports;
• Fulfillment of management assignments across the entire spectrum of legal issues.
