Then he left together with Tony Fadell, a former Senior Director of iPod development and started to build a smart thermostat for Nest - the company, which was bought by Google for $3.2 billion in 2014. Now Andy lectures at Stanford and Berkeley.

Now we are looking for an Accountant, who can help our company to reach our goals.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technologically inclined, results driven and would thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a great opportunity to take on a lead financial/accounting role.

Requirements

• Preferably Master degree in Finance or Accounting

• At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Excellent knowledge of international accounting

• Advanced Excel skills

• Excellent analytical, mathematical and organizational skills required

• Decision maker and ability to work independently

• Upper-intermediate English

• Work experience in BIG 4 or any other international auditing firm is preferred

What you'll do:

• Managing payments to subcontractor and organizing supporting documentation

• Working closely with accounting teams of our clients to manage payment-related issues

• Managing tax compliance both from Ukrainian and international side

• Monthly & quarterly budget planning

• Creating monthly financial reports

• Preparating of financial statements

• What-if scenarios preparation and other analysis due to requests

• Development of financial/accounting policies and procedures

• Tax audits

• Consulting on various tax and legal issues

• Preparating of management reports (aging, cost location)

• Payroll, business trips

• Preparating of tax reports/returns
