Requirement skills

• Candidates searching experience (LinkedIn, GitHub, FaceBook, etc. )
• At least 9 month of experience in IT recruiting.
• Excellent organizational, proactivity, flexibility and sales skills
• Sense of initiative, attention to details and good communication skills
• At least Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
• Good understanding of the Ukrainian IT market
• Social activity in Facebook, LinkedIn
• Experience in conducting HR interviews
