Requirement skills
- Candidates searching experience (LinkedIn, GitHub, FaceBook, etc. )
- At least 9 month of experience in IT recruiting.
- Excellent organizational, proactivity, flexibility and sales skills
- Sense of initiative, attention to details and good communication skills
- At least Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
- Good understanding of the Ukrainian IT market
- Social activity in Facebook, LinkedIn
- Experience in conducting HR interviews
