Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken skills in English
• Proactive approach, empathetic individuals, problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls from our clients;
• Reflect all required information in the respective systems;
• Provide a high level of customer service according to company standards

We offer:

• Competitive compensation linked to UAH/USD rate;
• Schedule: 6 PM — 3 AM (the shift — 8 working hours + 1 hour of a break during this period)
