Молодший інспектор відділу кадрів

We are inviting a Junior HR inspector to join our team! You can work in a dynamic company where you can grow and develop together with our team

Duties:

• Work with the health insurance program

• Communication with company employees, answers to questions related to insurance

• Assistance in hiring, transferring and firing employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations and company policy

• Assistance in hiring, transfers, dismissals, etc. in the company's HR system, and preparation of relevant documentation for employees

• Assistance in maintaining personnel records and updating them as needed

• Assistance in preparing and making changes to personnel documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code

• Assistance to employees, managers, leaders in general matters of personnel administration

• Support for up-to-date accounting of vacations, sick days, compensations, etc

• Preparation of basic/standardized and complex personnel reports (both statutory and internal)

• Assistance with payroll inquiries

• Participation in the development, implementation and support of HR policies, procedures and HRIS/Payroll systems — Workday, 1С

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree

• 1 year of experience in personnel administration or a similar position

• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine

• General understanding of HR processes. 

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to analyze and multitask

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with confidential information

• Knowledge of 1C and Medoc will be an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)

• Experience with the Workday HR system would be an advantage

• The level of the English language is pre-intermediate
