Duties :
Recruitment, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor laws, regulations and company policy
Recruitment, transfer, dismissal, etc. in the company's HR system, and preparation of relevant documentation for employees
Maintenance and storage of work books
Maintaining personnel records and updating them as needed
Preparation and introduction of changes to personnel documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code
Assistance to employees, managers, leaders in general matters of personnel administration
Communicating with employees regarding their documentation and answering employee questions
Support for up-to-date accounting of vacations, sick days, compensations, etc
Control of deadlines for submission of necessary documents for employment
Preparation of basic/standardized and complex personnel reports (both statutory and internal)
Assistance with payroll inquiries
Participation in the development, implementation and support of HR policies, procedures and HRIS/Payroll systems — Workday, 1С
Communication with government bodies (if necessary)
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
2+ years of experience in personnel administration or similar position
Deep knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine
General understanding of HR processes.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and multitask
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with confidential information
Knowledge of 1C and Medok is mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
Experience with the Workday HR system would be an advantage
The level of the English language is pre-intermediate
