Responsibilities

• Analyze data, market trends, and customer needs to create accurate demand and sales plans, identify gaps and risks, and develop contingency plans for business continuity

• Study, mastery, and integration into the work of the department of a range of new analytical tools for assessing the automotive spare parts market and EU car park

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to optimize inventory levels, cover future events, and ensure customer satisfaction

• The target assortment matrix in the assigned categories in accordance with the assortment policy and evaluation of priorities for development

• Target matrix coverage by active assortment with defined performance parameters

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in assortment analysis

• Category management advanced skills

• Multi-tasking and Prioritization

• Experience in e-com sales and demand planning

• Proficiency in using advanced data analysis tools and software to improve forecasting quality and assess substitute products demand management.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills to ensure efficient execution of demand planning initiatives.

• Auto parts Aftermarket knowledge (main manufacturers, their quality, consumption patterns, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher level diploma

• English proficiency level B2 or higher
