Main accountabilities:
- Assortment strategy;
- Merchandising guidelines (warm & cold shelf);
- Permanent communication flow with key-customers. Participation in negotiations session or sales team - support with information on category and market trends, shopper insights and merchandising guidelines;
- Customized Category Management projects are in use as a sales and loyalty growing tool. In terms of Joint CatMan projects Company influence 4 main aspects: category assortment, lay-out, navigation inside the category and promo support;
- Implementation of category management tools/data/research;
- Participation in special projects aimed to grow up Company brands' performance in Point of Sales;
- Focus Assortment development;
- Cross functional projects supported and guided according to business needs;
- Sales support material are developed, e.g. assortment and merchandising presenters;
- Control and check contracts budget;
- TOP Clients plan support.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree, business related;
- No less than 3 years in Category management\Trade Marketing\Sales;
- Brand understanding;
- Analytical skills;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Able to work in multi-tasking environment and to meet the deadlines;
- Team Player;
- English - upper-intermediate and above.
