Project Manager (Digital project)

Our client is a UK fast growing company located in London with a tailored made solution mostly for European market. Company’s offer is an international product, a ready-made financial and legal solution.

We are looking for a Project Manager in digital project to automate the registration process and work of Clients in our online system.

Basic duties:

Collecting & analyzing data, making researches to develop and improve client workflows;

Creating procedures (writing technical briefs & docs, making tables, graphical charts);

Сreation of a project implementation map and formation of technical specifications for contractors;

Selection of a contractor and control over the implementation and launch of the project;

Dealing with different payments, bank accounts orders and maintenance;

Everyday communication with Director and UK colleagues: writing emails, establish and maintain communication via phone and instant messengers.

Requirements:

Previous experience of working as Senior Project Manager - minimum 5 years or 3 years in digital activity as dematerialization or client workflow re-engineering;

High Level Education (Master Degree) with advanced English for day-to-day communication with Director, UK colleagues and Clients via email, chats and phone;

Good PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Acrobat, VPN etc.);

Сandidate preferably to be a woman, living in Kiev

Highly SCRUPULOUS and attentive to details in presenting documents & reporting;

Having analytical skills and LOGIC WAY OF THINKING to work as independent unit - ability to collect, track & analyze large amounts of data

The company offers:

Stable wages $ 1200 per month;

Official Work via FOP (additional compensation - Tax FOP = 3rd group);

Paid 24 days of vacation + official days-off & sick-leaves;

Additional compensation: public transport expenses (home-office-home);

Office located in the very center of Kiev.

Schedule starting from Monday to Friday at 9 till 18h.

No remote working from home.
