We are a data-driven team of T-shaped specialists proficient in several marketing fields. Our primary focus is content and performance-based marketing for product companies. 

We are looking for a Full stack developer (WordPress/HubSpot) who will be responsible for the development of our clients’ websites/landing pages/etc. An individual in this role should control the revitalization and upkeep of multiple WordPress\HubSpot websites. The ideal candidate has WordPress and/or HubSpot experience as a Full stack developer, has an eye for detail, works smoothly, and can build strong, professional relationships with a diverse blend of people.

General responsibilities:
In this role, you will not only maintain websites using HubSpot/WordPress CMS and build new & customize existing websites but also help define Team’s strategy by advising on the tools and all the technical aspects;
Develop and integrate new features for our clients' websites;
Work closely with all members of the design and customer success teams to continuously improve the quality of development.

Responsibilities WordPress:
Build secure, functional, and easy-to-use websites/landing pages for our clients;
Conduct testing across browsers, and devices, optimizing loading speeds;
Update, troubleshoot, fixedefects and extends the functionality of existing websites and plug-ins;
Create and maintain event pages, blogs, and news on the clients website;
Use SEO best practices to optimize existing and new pages to allow high rankings.

Responsibilities HubSpot:
Design and develop blog and website pages in HubSpot CMS;
Collaborate with requirements analysts and developers from around the organization to develop approaches for implementing features and/or resolving problems;
Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot code and/or system defects;
Develop a markup for emails and other digital assets templates.


Requirements:
Experience with WordPress CMS (at least 1 year);
Wordpress knowledge, ability to create pages not only in Elementor, but also using pure Wordpress (PHP, Custom Fields etc);
Experience in Frontend development, good experience with HTML, CSS3 (Scss), JavaScript, jQuery, Cross-browsers Responsive Design, GIT, performance optimization;
MySQL and ability to work with external databases;
Ability to organize and prioritize time-sensitive deliverables to meet various deadlines;
Decision-making skills and willing to help your teammates to deliver impactful results;
Feeling comfortable to work in a 100% virtual organisation;
Upper Intermediate proficiency in English.

Nice to have: 
Experience with HubSpot CMS (Build Templates, LP's, Optional Modules, etc.);
Experience in setting up and working with Woocommerce;
Expertise in modular development of drag and drop templates (Hubspot, Unbounce, or similar) for websites, landing pages, blogs and/or emails;
Basic knowledge of Selenium would be a huge plus.
