Head of Indirect Purchasing

Centravis LLC, leading Ukrainian tubes and pipes producer is searching a Purchase Manager to lead the Indirect Procurement Team.

This position will be aiming at supplying from key materials and spare parts for the group operations, which is located in Ukraine (Nikopol and Uzhorod).

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect goods and services that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Lead a team of buyers responsible for managing the procurement process for indirect goods and services.
3. P2P process ensuring.
4. Maintaining of the main procurement indicators and monthly-based reports providing. (Preferred Vendor List, Procurement Dashboard, Contract database).
5. Contract conclusion process supervision.
6. Lead of the main Procurement categories.
7. Monitoring of KPIs.
8. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that the organization receives the best possible value for money.
9. Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
11. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement-related matters.
12. Manage the procurement budget for indirect goods and services. 
13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

Cooperation.

Internal Cooperation with the other departments (Production department, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Security, Logistic and Brokerage) to ensure effective crosfunction work. Meetings participation for the best understanding business environment, needs and priorities.

Outside cooperation with the suppliers and with the logistic partner to ensure reliable procurement process for the production.

CSA (control self-assessment):

Control of the related procurement processes. Providing reports based on self-assessment conclusions to identify potential audit issue. Developing and providing procedure to ensure strong financial security within related purchasing processes.   

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, technical, economic or a related field.

Job experience: 5 or more years experience in same role.

Languages: English, Ukrainian.

Other requirements: Knowledge of SAP – will be an advantage. Good knowledge of MS Excel.
