Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are looking for an outgoing Project Manager, with great interpersonal skills, who will lead the entire software development flow from requirements to successful delivery to production. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience or Scrum Master (successful track record of deliveries)
• Has worked on long-term software development projects
• Experience in managing multiple teams
• Agile mindset
• Good knowledge & practical experience with Scrum methodology
• Hands on experience and thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle from conception to delivery, awareness about web-app development process and technologies / trends
• Knowledge of tools for project management (Jira, Redmine, etc.) 

Personal qualities:

• Able to get things delivered
• Proactive, self-starter, able to identify tasks and opportunities
• Ability to mentor and coach at the individual, team and project level
• Intermediate+ in English

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of Kanban/XP
• Strong technical background
• Extensive knowledge in QA area
• Good business understanding of e-commerce products

Responsibilities:

• Scrum Master for development team up to 12 people
• Coach team members on usage of Agile tools and best practices
• To work closely with business, support and product owners to plan work and provide statuses
• Manage risks and opportunities for team deliveries in time and with good quality
• Increase efficiency of team work and cross-teams collaboration
• Initiate and drive improvements
