IT Account Manager

Requirements:
• 1 year+ of experience as Account Manager;
• Experience in outsourcing companies;
• 1+ year of experience in IT industry;
• Experience in managing long-term projects;
• Ability to understand technical formulations;
• Experience with task tracker programs: JIRA, Trello and others;
• Understanding of existing IT management tools and frameworks (Scrum/Agile, etc.);
• Good speaking / writing level of English (Upper Intermediate), experience in negotiating in English;
• Stress tolerance, the ability to work with difficult situations and clients;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Understanding of IT outsourcing and software development services and industries;
• Strong experience in work with clients;
• Team player.

Responsibilities:
• Be able to take responsibility;
• Reporting to clients on outstaff projects;
• Monitoring developer progress;
• Communication with clients (if necessary);
• Sprint planning;
• Conducting stand-ups with developers;
• Managing Trello and similar software for project management;
• Estimate for clients;
• Preparation of invoices for clients every week;
• Case solving;
• Gathering weekly Harvest hours.
