HR Manager in IT Company

We are looking for an HR manager with some office administration duties. Your main tasks would cover human resources management, onboarding and recruiting.

If you are a strong junior or middle HR manager working in a big HR department and want to have a more independent role, this position is for you. Or if you have a strong record in HR, but want to switch on the IT industry and international markets, this position is for you. 

Responsibilities:   

• HR recruiting tasks include posting job ads, updating database and processing employment' requests. Helping to seek and find new talented employees. 

• HR management includes configuring function from scratch to process employee onboarding and documenting, career planning, reviews, and dismissals. 

• Event management: internal corporate and monthly team building Funday Fridays) and help with business trips. 

• Assist in solving or solve employee work-related issues. 

• Make sure the in-office atmosphere is warm and pleasant. 

• Work with office vendors to make sure we have a reasonable amount of office supplies. 

• Maintain the office in a good condition, find contractors if any repair is needed. 

Requirements: 

• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects; 

• 1+ years of experience in Personal/Operations Assistant or HR management. 

• English (strong intermediate to fluent). 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Creativity, positive attitude towards work and life. 

• Being a true team player with a commitment to success. 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing work environment.
