Skelia internal team is getting bigger and now we're searching for a gifted IT Recruiter to join our welcoming team in Kyiv/Lviv/or you can work remotely from other city. We are actively hunting IT professionals for our ongoing projects, so we'll need a person ready to face challenges and work with exciting open jobs. MISSION

• Being responsible for recruitment, selection and adaptation processes
• Generating and maintaining candidates pipeline; candidates data processing
• Cooperating with our international customers about recruitment-related questions
• Developing and updating market knowledge in our service areas of focus
• Taking part in HR activities and getting Skelia an attracting place to work in

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven 4+ year background in IT recruitment
• Proficiency in modern recruiting techniques, including executive search
• Substantial experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and providing afterwards feedbacks
• High level of English and ability to communicate with foreign customers
• Fluency in MS Office
• Ability to work as a part of a team as well as independently
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and reach deadlines
