Team Lead CMS

Skelia invites a creative CMS Team Lead for long-term and full-time employment at its service center in Kyiv, Ukraine. This is a unique opportunity to become a part of the extension team of software company from UK.

We are a team in an online travel agency. Our mission is to deliver the right booking capabilities to help our customers find the best holiday options for their specific needs. This is done using scrum and we focus on agile delivery, using continuous integration and delivery.

As the Team Lead/ Front End Developer of the CMS team you help to transform Business needs to working solutions:

• Build the new CMS landscape
• Work with some our partners to define and ensure quality matching client's expectations
• Interface with internal and 3rd party APIs to build a customer frontend
• Help to deliver multi-market, multi-language approach using mix of traditional CMS and Headless

YOUR PROFILE

• 4+ years of development experience
• 1+ year of experience as a leader of development team with Developers and QAs roles in place
• Ability to influence at all levels, able to provide persuasive fact-based arguments to comply with standards and policies.
• Very strong technology background, with a focus on, technical architecture, compliance and standards
• Experience designing and building multi-language SPA (multi-market will be a plus)
• Thorough understanding of integration layer (API)
• Extensive programming experience with JavaScript
• Experience at debugging multi-tier architecture systems using the relevant tools
• Proven knowledge of scrum process
• Good understanding of purpose and benefits of a CMS, Headless CMS
• Experience with build tools, code coverage and testing frameworks - webpack, istanbul, jest etc.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN
• Upper intermediate level of English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Good personal organisation skills, ability to prioritise

Desirable

• Commercial experience designing and building CMS application
• Experience with Docker and container eco-system
• Solid knowledge of building CI/CD
