User Acquisition Manager

We are starting the selection process for our Digital Marketing Camp course, for those who want to discover a new and promising direction in product IT.

The Digital Marketing Camp for Switchers is a 3-week online course that will give you the necessary knowledge base to become a User Acquisition Manager at an IT company. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager under the mentorship of experts.

Requirements for participants:

• Analytical mindset, excellent knowledge of math and Excel or Google Sheets

• English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher

• 4+ years of work experience in system companies in areas like finance, audit, analytics, and marketing

• Desire to learn, develop, and succeed

• Fast learner, flexibility and willingness to change

• Highly motivated and results-oriented

• Leadership and problem solving skills

• Critical thinking

• Quick pace without loss of quality

Would be a plus:

• Experience in project or team management

• Basic knowledge of advertising metrics and online marketing platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Affiliate Platforms, and key partners)

After completing the Camp you will:

• Know how to launch ads through Facebook Ads Manager

• Understand UAM metrics for performance-based marketing

• Be able to identify effective tools for promoting mobile applications

• Have a certificate confirming your participation in the project

• Upon successful completion of the camp, you will get the opportunity to become part of the team and enjoy the benefits of working at the company
