Junior traffic manager

Mission: 

Оnline traffic management and expertise with a double approach: e-commerce and retail.

Reporting relationship:

Reporting to Head of Digital and E-commerce

Responsibilities:

• Launching and analyzing advertising campaigns efficiency (Facebook Ads, Google Ads);
• Finding the new effective approaches and creative ideas for new user acquisition;
• Converting the web traffic to real customers;
• Developing of the new concepts of advertising creatives.
   

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• At least a complete Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least basic knowledge of digital marketing and media planning
• Working experience with Facebook Ads/Google Ads or advertising networks
• Analytical mindset
• Proficient in mathematics
• Experienced user of Excel
• Effective negotiation skills
• Highly motivated and result-oriented
• Quick learner
• Fluent Ukrainian. Upper-intermediate English required. French is a plus.
