This is a new position in marketing created to support the activation of our brand and advance its leadership in the market. Reporting to Marketing Director, it will be an integral role in the marketing team charged with bringing to life brand value through consistent messaging and integrated programs and campaigns.
You will act as a brand ambassador working collaboratively with marketing and other departments responsible for leading both internal and external communications. The ideal candidate has a well-rounded background in PR, marketing & corporate communications, and internal communications. He/she is an experienced and high-energy communicator developing and implementing cohesive communication plans and programs across a variety of touchpoints.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Own, lead and be company's point of contact for all internal and external communications
Act as a brand ambassador designing, developing and executing company's communication strategy
Work closely with HR, Event Management, CEO Office and other stakeholders to support them with internal communications
Qualifications required:
7+ years in communications including background in PR and internal communications
2-3 years' experience in communications for a strong multinational or Ukrainian brand
Experience with recruitment marketing
Ability to lead complex projects, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and be a trusted partner to HR, recruitment, sales, delivery, and executive teams
Experience managing and working with the creative development process including agency briefings, evaluating and providing feedback on visuals, written content, and messaging
Personal characteristics:

A self-starter, able to motivate self and others; Great at influencing agencies and other teams
