REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in customer service (Customer Support or Sales Manager);
- Understanding of IT terminology;
- Upper-intermediate/advanced English level (written and spoken);
- Ability to take responsibility;
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to details;
- Ability to analyse and understand customers' problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customers' problems solving.
- Communicate with customers by e-mail, messengers, chat;
- Identify projects requirements;
- Small projects planning, scheduling and management;
- Active participation in Support Department internal activities.
