Customer Success Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in customer service (Customer Support or Sales Manager);
• Understanding of IT terminology;
• Upper-intermediate/advanced English level (written and spoken);
• Ability to take responsibility;
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills;
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to details;
• Ability to analyse and understand customers' problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customers' problems solving.
• Communicate with customers by e-mail, messengers, chat;
• Identify projects requirements;
• Small projects planning, scheduling and management;
• Active participation in Support Department internal activities.
