Senior/Lead IT Recruiter

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years experience in IT-recruitment (technical and non-technical positions);
• Experience in direct search and headhunting;
• Understanding of full-cycle recruitment process;
• Experience in candidate selection, interviewing;
• Good knowledge of general technology stack, platforms, etc;
• Able to handle multitasking effectively;
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up an effective recruitment process.
• Writing complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring an understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements;
• Full cycle recruitment of technical and managerial positions;
• Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates) and generate pipelines for each position;
• Maintain and update candidate database;
• Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates and communicate clear expectations of the recruiting process including interview, offer, background and onboarding;
• Handle simultaneously set of approximately 4 vacancies of different levels;
• Provide statistic reports on a weekly and monthly basis;
• Conduct labor market monitoring and analysis (technologies, market availability, salary ranges).
