Credit controller

CKH CPAs & Advisors, an international consulting firm, provides financial shared services to the clients that are listed on the New York stock exchange.

We are looking for a credit controller for a number of accounts (biggest retailers from Great Britain – Amazon, Marks and Spencer, CostCo, ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury!) You will need to control receivables, ensure payments are collected and applied properly, dispute underpayments.

 This is a great opportunity to grow and increase your knowledge of SAP, English, finance, business communication and work in the international environment.

 You need to have a great attitude to work and to meet below requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate knowledge of English (spoken and written skills)
• Excellent attention to details and analytical skills
• Great communication skills 
• Good knowledge of Excel

How would you day look like?

• You will come to our cozy office on Vozdvyzhenska str., drink a cup of coffee, chat to your colleagues (we have more than 55 great teammates in Ukraine!)
• Open SAP and check the balances for your customers, apply cash to open invoices (might be tricky – this is where your excel skills and attention are needed!)
• Analyze discrepancies/claims and underpayments (this is where we need your analytical skills!)
• Contact customers and British local team to resolve underpayments – practice your English with the best native speakers!
• Follow up on your previous requests (be organized and persistent!)
• Communicate with your team lead, assist her in country review, reports, etc.
