WeAR Studio is an AR/VR development company located in Kyiv. We develop AR/VR solutions to solve specific business pain points. We work with various industries around the world, creating AR applications for marketing activations, VR simulations for training and education, applications on Hololens for data visualization and many other tasks.

We're shaping the AR/VR industry right now and we need likeminded people to help us grow the projects and boost XR culture worldwide.

We are looking for you, our Digital Marketing Manager. You'd become a part of one of the most experienced teams in this field.

Main tasks:

Launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns (FB, Google) according to our general marketing strategy
Help increasing conversions on each step of the funnel using digital marketing instruments
Propose new strategies and approaches to acquire new leads
Generate and test different creative campaigns for digital outreach
Run retargeting campaigns
Email-marketing: promotional campaigns, automated emails, chains of emails
A/B testings for ads and interface elements
Perform the Data Analysis
Track the engagement with every piece of content in order to analyse the performance per each TA segmentation
Analyze the interactions with all marketing interfaces using analytical tools
Improve the website, working with the web dev subcontractors
Work cross-functionally with content production, marketing and sales team
Participate in ideation and creative sessions for both WeAR Studio and our customers
Consult our Clients on how to make the most out of their marketing campaigns that would involve AR/VR solutions

Important skills. You will thrive as a Digital Marketing Manager in our company if you:

have hands-on experience launching PPC, Email Marketing
have strong experience with Google Analytics
have experience running Facebook Ad campaigns
are familiar with Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
have a basic SEO processes understanding to be able to control SEO-agency performance
have Upper-intermediate level of English
are working at least 2 years in Digital Marketing with a focus on a B2B lead generation
