IT recruiter (6 months contract)

We're looking for an ambitious, result-driven IT recruiter to join our People team. You will be an essential part of our talent acquisition processes to drive the growth and development of LoveCrafts community in Ukraine. 

What you will be doing

• End to end management of IT recruitment processes (i.e. first approach, screening CVs, scheduling meetings, liaising with hiring managers, interviewing, "selling" the candidate internally and closing the deal etc.)
• Assisting in putting together attractive job specs
• Identifying appropriate job boards, online tools and advertising opportunities to reach high calibre candidates
• Providing recruitment updates 

Who you are

• Proven experience of running end to end IT recruitment processes across various functions
• Very comfortable with tech related recruitment and able to carry out accurate screening interviews
• Experience of using innovative methods for attracting candidates
• Great influencer and able to take a consultative approach with hiring managers
• Excellent communicator - verbally and in writing in both English and Ukrainian
• Comfortable with the ambiguity and changing circumstances that comes with working in a growth company environment
