• Work experience as a recruiter around 2 years 
• Experience with IT positions
  
• Excellent knowledge and experience of applying effective methods of recruitment;
• English - intermediate
• Higher communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of HR processes;
• Result-oriented
• Ability to work in a team

Key duties:

• Searching for candidates in various resources
• Interviewing candidates
• Maintaining candidates' database
• Other related tasks
