Your responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining strong trusted business relationships with existing partners, offering professional support and feedback
• Motivation of existing partners;
• Tracking, analyzing and optimizing campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials;
• Managing our affiliate platform;
• Take initiative to keep up to date on market and research tracking and maintain options;
• Performing and reporting set of KPI;
• Developing new working strategies and their implementation.
  

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience on the same or relevant field/position;
• Upper intermediate level of English is a must. You will communicate with potential and existing partners all over the World;
• An eye for details and strong analytical skills;
• Professional communication skills, ability to build long term relationships with affiliates and advertisers;
• Demonstrated ability to manage external relationship;
• Understanding of market specifics;
• Accuracy in documentation and payment processes.
