Our product is a marketplace used by a whopping 3.5 million people every month. You can access it on mobile and the web, but most of our users are on Android.
We’re on the lookout for a skilled PPC / User Acquisition manager. If you are open to new experiences, result-oriented, and continually seek to develop not only hard skills but soft skills as well, then you will feel super comfortable with us!
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: deploy, and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve business goals
- Plan and model PPC-part of User Acquisition strategy
- Create hypotheses, make experiments, and share insights with the team
- Create and improve User Acquisition, PPC marketing processes and approaches
- Lead the process of creative production
- Scale Western markets with efficiency
Requirements:
- successful experience in promoting b2c/c2c/e-commerce mobile apps, android first
- strong skills in delivering Meta/TikTok campaigns
- experiments and iteration approach to marketing
- experience with MMP (Adjust/Appsflyer)
- experience to handle 50+k budget for one product
- understanding of campaign efficiency metrics, unit economics
- experience working with global markets (EU is a priority)
- English Intermediate +
- a data-driven mindset.
