Legal Specialist

Devart is looking for a Legal Specialist for Legal support of business operations, cooperation with contractors (PE) and business partners, consultants. 
 
Responsibilities 
 
— Legal support of cooperation with clients, contractors (PE) and business partners 
— Drafting and revising various types of agreements, corporate documents, internal policies, and other legal documents 
— Constantly monitoring the updates of legislation on legal topics 
— Preparing internal communications on actual legal topics for contractors 
— Providing support of the activities of foreign companies, including communication with foreign service providers, banks and payment institutions, counterparties on compliance issues 
— Collaborating with different company departments on legal issues 
— Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations 
 
Requirements 
 
— Experience in a similar position at least 3+ years 
— English — Upper-Intermediate (including legal drafting)  
— Experience with 1C BAS 
— Exelent knowledge in Excel 
— Expertise in drafting and negotiation of various commercial and business contracts 
— Ability to draw up contracts in accordance with Ukrainian and international legislation 
— Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and experience in working with legal issues of Ukrainian companies 
— Experience working with foreign clients, banks, auditors and consultants 
— Hard-working, well-organized and attentive to detail
