Technical Support Agent, TL1 (German)

Upclick (an Avanquest company) is looking for a Technical Agent with perfect  German to join our team! Only for candidates who are currently in Poland.

Primary responsibilities: 

- Answer customer calls/chats/emails in a prompt and professional manner;

- Answer basic questions about the service and supported products;

- Perform a standard set of actions to improve computer performance by connecting via remote access programs;

- Correctly escalate tickets to the appropriate team(s) to resolve the issue.

Requirements: 

- Excellent communication skills in German, both written and verbal (upper-intermediate or higher) - any additional language will be an advantage;

- Basic knowledge of a PC in Windows environment;

- High degree of empathy, patience, and resourcefulness.
