Junior recruiter (Lviv)

Company "Dutchstar" is looking for Junior recruiter (+ we are ready to hire a student). Dutchstar offers challenging job in a young & ambitious English-speaking team. In this role you will constantly recruit new staff for work in the field of hospitality in the Netherlans, filter candidates via interviews, introduce final candidates to the HR managers/ hiring managers for the last check. We give you the opportunity to learn and develop yourself in the sphere of recruiting. 
Salary: 
• 10 000 UAN/month + bonus system
Work scheldue:
•  5 days per week 10:00-19:00/ 9:00-18:00 with 1 hour lunch break 
•  Full-time job 
• You can work remoutly if you have a stable internet connection at home. Otherwise, we invite you to work in the office, because we always have electricity and internet there
Requirements:
• English language skills- B1-B2 level (It's a must!)
• Good general computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to do your job in the best possible way
Duties:
• Advertise hospitality positions (social media & job boards)
• Write an accurate job description and job advert for your hospitality workforce
• Join industry networks and groups
• Manage the mailbox, by categorizing and filtering incoming CVs.
• Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are appropriately vetted to encourage success in a variety of potential work locations.
• Conduct& schedule video interviews with candidates 
• Work with CV datebase.
• Make matches between candidates and workpaces
• Positive attitude and aim to provide great communication skills
