Human Resource Associate

We are an American based company with more than 10 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation in the USA, looking for a Human Resource Associate to join our Odesa office team.

Essential job functions

• Recruiting new employees, conducting interviews;
• Organization of team building events;
• Assisting with checking PTO and STO balance;
• Newcomers onboarding;
• Adaptation, motivation, development, and retention of personnel;
• Specification and development of HR processes;
• Help with internal activities aimed at corporate culture development;
• Contribute to employees' motivation efforts.

Minimum requirements:

• 2+ year of HR and recruiting experience operating 50+ people;
• Experience and understanding of the market;
• Successfully passed HR/Recruiting study, courses, or programs;
• Upper-Intermediate and upper, English level is required;
• Strong organizational skills with attention to details;
• Proactive and result-oriented person;
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
• Positive thinking and open-minded attitude are very welcome.
