Now we are growing and looking for a talented IT Recruiter to join our HR team.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle of recruiting the best specialists to our professional teams
• Analyze the requirements together with the Team Leaders and HR manager
• Post and advertise vacancies
• Search, screen and attract candidates
• Organize interviews
• Communicate with candidates, write feedbacks and summaries
• Communicate closely with our Team Leads and interviewers
• Update information in our recruitment tools
• Monitor job market
• Post and update information on job sites in case of developing employer branding strategy
• Prepare recruitment reports

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in IT recruitment
• Understanding IT market
• Experience with candidate screening and interviewing process
• Excellent communication skills (both writing and speaking)
• Intermediate+ level of English
• Have proven record of personal closings of different IT positions
• Own network of specialists will be a big plus
