Требования:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Source and recruit candidates using different tools and methods
- Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates, attracting highly qualified candidates, moving them through the talent acquisition process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Experience of direct communication with stakeholders, hiring managers
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Experience of participation in onboarding, recruiting strategy development
- Work with databases, recruiting tools, different search methods
- Monitoring and analysis of the IT market
- Build strong long-lasting relationships both with stakeholders and candidates
- Upper-intermediate English
