QA Engineer WEB

We are looking for a QA Engineer with at least 3 years of real testing experience, who is attentive to details and ready to work with large, scalable multi-threaded applications with microservice architecture.

What kind of tasks should to be done?

• Test backend, API and UI
• Write and maintain test cases, checklists, issue bug reports, etc.
• Maintain documentation in TestRail
• Cover business requirements by tests
• Use Postman or similar API testing tools
• Communicate with different development teams.

Experience that we appreciate:

• Experience in software testing at least 3 years
• Experience in testing web applications
• Experience with Google DevTools
• Experience in writing test documents (test plans, test cases, checklists, etc.)
• Understanding SDLC
• Knowledge of Unix shell commands (basic level)
• Experience in MacOS/Linux (worked in terminal managers)
• Understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, requests, HTML, CSS, etc.)

API testing experience:

• Experience in using version control systems (Git)
• Deep understanding of methodologies, tools and quality assurance processes
• Understanding of various methods, principles, methods and types of tests;
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Self-learning and application of new technologies
• Ability to work on multiple tasks in a short time
• Team player. Fast learner, motivated and independent
• Passion for making a great product and bringing it to a high level of quality.

Will be a plus if you have experience with YouTrack, Confluence, TestRail, Docker, MacOS terminal console and knowledge of one of the scripting languages (preferably JavaScript)
