Customer support representative (German)

We are German Company with the second office in Kyiv. Now we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual for the position of Costumers Support Manager in German E-Commerce Project.

Good German is required.

Project:

Free Schedule:

mo-do, 17-20, fr. 15-20, sa. 9-14 Uhr

Responsibilitie:

• Reply to inquiries via telephone
• Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer’s issue and recommend valid solutions
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Program Manager
• Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
• Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of German is must.
• Self-motivation and desire to self-development.
