Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in the field of advertising and marketing

• Understanding the work principles of DSP, SSP, DMP, CPA

• Experience of successful project built from scratch

• Experience in developing a product development strategy

• Experience in team leadership training

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the project in all areas

• Forming a roadmap for the project

• Making up of the project team

• Development of quarterly and monthly KPI for employees

• Motivation and adaptation of top employees

• Coaching and leadership of project teams (sales, support, media buying, marketing)

• Drawing up a marketing plan for product development

• Monitoring and making analysis of competitors
