Description:
- Creation of the new suppliers in system (SAP MDG)
- Verification and confirmation of purchasing requests (SAP SRM)
- Tenders (SAP ARIBA)
- Daily analysis and data collection in SAP
- Work with contracts (including additional agreements) - administration (editing, adjusting), contact with supplier, internal reconciliation
- Work with internal clients (creation of new projects, consulting on E-systems, presentations for tender committees
- Work with current suppliers (solving issues, audits)
- Tenders (RFP, RFQ) and Market research (RFI) - market analysis, tender documentation, analysis of proposals, negotiation with suppliers
- Reports (statistics) in system (OTTO) & by request of stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Higher education
- Experience in purchasing
- Knowledge of legal and financial aspects
- Good level of SAP and Excel
- Fluent English
