Description:

• Creation of the new suppliers in system (SAP MDG)
• Verification and confirmation of purchasing requests (SAP SRM)
• Tenders (SAP ARIBA)
• Daily analysis and data collection in SAP
• Work with contracts (including additional agreements) - administration (editing, adjusting), contact with supplier, internal reconciliation
• Work with internal clients (creation of new projects, consulting on E-systems, presentations for tender committees
• Work with current suppliers (solving issues, audits)
• Tenders (RFP, RFQ) and Market research (RFI) - market analysis, tender documentation, analysis of proposals, negotiation with suppliers
• Reports (statistics) in system (OTTO) & by request of stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Higher education
• Experience in purchasing
• Knowledge of legal and financial aspects
• Good level of SAP and Excel
• Fluent English
