Position Description:

One of three leasing clerks charged with maintaining and implementing leases for over 185 residences, which serve as a home to more than 500 embassy employees and family members. As part of the leasing team initiates and tracks over 1,500 payment transactions totaling $8.5 million per year; supports numerous lease signings; and lease amendments. The incumbent works closely with Financial Management Office to ensure timely, accurate payments and coordinates with landlords and service providers to resolve billing issues. Keeps track and analyses expenses related to utilities and building-operating and utilities. The position works closely with the Realty Assistant in charge of leasing (Leasing supervisor) and Realty Specialist to ensure an efficient and cost-effective housing operation and serves as a back up to the Housing Operations team. Serves as on-call POC for maintenance emergences on a rotational basis.

Qualifications required:

English - Good Working Knowledge in speaking/reading/writing.

Ukrainian - Fluent in speaking/reading/writing.

At least two years of experience in customer service or administrative work is required.
