Associate for Innovations & Technology Practice

EVERLEGAL is looking for an Associate to join Innovations & Technology Practice in Kyiv.

Qualifications:

• Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university (US or UK LLM will be a plus);

• 2+ years of professional experience at TOP 20 Ukrainian law firm or Big 4 accounting firm;

• Good knowledge of IT sector and relevant legal and regulatory environment in Ukraine (knowledge of other jurisdictions is a plus);

• Fluent English is a MUST;

• Diverse experience in different practice areas and industries (experience in M&A will be a plus).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Able to work independently and as a part of a team;

• Able to lead the team and delegate effectively;

• High level of self-motivation and proactiveness;

• Results-driven personality;

• Confidence to interact directly with clients;
