Team Lead (Front end)

Requirements:

• 3 years previous experience as a team leader
• 3 years' experience with JavaScript with any client framework
• Good communication and team player skills
• Good management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Organized, attend to details
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Problem solving skills
• Upper-intermediate level of English

Will be plus:

• Extensive experience in web based system and client-server architecture - advantage
• Mobile Native development experience - advantage

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features in our client applications
• Maintain existing features and provide development support in our client applications
• Lead the team in all aspects of the software development life cycle - requirements analysis and time estimates, design, development and deployment support
• Provide technical team leadership and mentoring the developers
• Work with different interfaces like product, project, creative, QA and IT at all stages to ensure high quality products
