YouTeam is a Silicon Valley-based (yet Ukrainian at heart) startup with an office in Lviv and a distributed team across Ukraine. We are a fast-growing company backed by Y Combinator (you might have heard about some other companies it has invested in: Airbnb, Stripe, Dropbox), and one of Ukraine’s hottest startups, according to Lift99. Required skills
— 2-3 years of experience as a salesperson responsible for closing deals at an IT product or outsourcing company
— Fluent spoken English, no accent
you’re going to be talking to our US, UK leads and people from other countries on a daily basis, it’s important you understand different accents, their culture, and needs and don’t have a confusing accent yourself
— Ready to take on responsibility, risk, win, fail, and learn
you’re going to be responsible for your own self-contained direction of sales work
— Quick learner with a flexible mindset

Responsibilities
— Introductory (demo) calls with leads
— Warm outreach to inbound leads: emailing, social media, calls, and other channels
— Proposal preparation: matching and engagements with YouTeam’s vendors to source the best suitable development teams for our customers
— Developer pre-screening, arrangement of interviews between customers and developers,
— Facilitation of contract signing process
— CRM management and reporting
