This is a fulltime office vacancy for the person who considers becoming sales professional in the future. Your main responsibility will be generating leads on Upwork.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT at least 3 months
• Understanding the process of software development. You know the difference between front and backend and can describe it
• English level - upper intermediate at least (both speaking and writing)
• Good communication skills
• Pro-active person who doesn't afraid to experiment
• Good analytical skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Internet search
• Ability to learn and quickly develop new skills

Responsibilities:

• Search job posts on Upwork
• Write appealing proposals
• Research prospects
• Perform sales communication
• Work with CRM
