Marketing Lead \ Head of Marketing

Head of Marketing \ Marketing Lead in IT product company (SaaS \ PayTech) will lead expansion marketing efforts, with responsibility for demand creation, consumer communication and go to market strategies.

Requirements
- Progressive experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing in Saas, Fintech\PayTech is a plus
- 2+ years experience leading marketing team
- Exceptional influential oral and written communication skills in English, Russian and Ukrainian
- Professional presence and ability to develop strong working relationships with executive management
- Proven leaderships expertise with effective team building skills and conflict resolution management
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
- Proven success in traditional and innovative campaigns across the broad spectrum of today’s marketing channels.
- Effectively uses and learns new marketing technologies.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Marketing and Public Relations functions in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, communications, events, and campaigns that elevate the Company brand
- Participation in business model formation and strategy planning
- Oversees the execution of the marketing strategy to support overseas expansion and customer base growth
- Conduct thorough analysis on marketing metrics and ROI to successfully develop cost effective solutions
- Ensure the delivery of market research, business intelligence, consumer insights, and reporting required to guide executive-level decision-making
- Creating and managing the Marketing budget
- Oversee brand storytelling and content creation, create and manage the company’s product messaging and positioning.
- Create and implement multi-channel acquisition strategies & campaigns via strong collaboration with product, sales, and technical teams
- Establish a powerful marketing funnel and ensuring leads are qualified when entering the sales pipeline
- Develop go-to-market strategies (market research, target audiences analysis, positioning strategies, product launching)
- Craft compelling messages across the website
- Website product ownership, managing backlog of the website development team (UI/UX Designer and Front-end dev)
- Work with various teams (dev, design, product, sales) to implement strategies
- Working with CRMs and marketing analytical tools to maximize conversion through the funnel
