Legal Counsel

Wirex R&D is looking for a Legal counsel who will be tasked with the responsibility of having to understand the strategic direction of the business and advising key stakeholders of the business about solutions to solve a range of commercial questions that the business has. The main task will be to make sure the company is compliant with all legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Legal support of economic activities of legal entities and private individuals;
• Organization and support of contractual activities (analysis of contracts, agreement with counterparties, conditions, etc.) (IT, foreign trade activities);
• Analysis and minimization of legal risks;
• Work with legal documentation (development, preparation for signing, legal analysis and control over their implementation);
• Consultancy on tax, corporate, labor laws;
• Monitoring legislation, judicial practice and providing recommendations on their application;
• Representation of interests of legal entities in regulatory authorities;
• Building relationships with colleagues and embedding awareness of legal risk management and corporate policy issues.

Experience Required:

• Master's degree in a relevant field;
• 3+ years of relevant experience;
• Strong analytical and learning skills;
• Big attention to details and ability to stand ground;
• Ability to solve issues and overtake the blockers;
• Understanding of IT business field and requirements;
• Fluent English.
