Operation Controller

We are looking for an experienced Operation Controller to join a team of developers working on a new extremely innovative product that is changing the world of finance!

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily analysis of operations with payment cards, accounts;
• Execute operations with reconciliation procedures, payment files processing, reports etc;
• Investigate issues with operations in the systems, perform actions with such operations;
• Execute financial monitoring of operations in different channels;
• Communicate with 3rd parties, international payment systems regarding transaction investigations, chargebacks, refunds etc;
• Plan, process and control stock of cards and assets;
• Development of corresponding documentation, document processes etc;
• Taking part in automation of operations, monitoring etc;
• Provide support for operational processes of the Unit.
  

Requirements:

• University degree (economics / finance / economic cybernetics/ banking, other finance/tech degree, marketing, management);
• Relevant experience 2+ years in banking (payment cards support, card processing support, etc);
• Experience with different approaches with transaction reconciliation, investigations and work with different payment systems;
• Good accounting, analytics skills. Ability to calculate numbers with ease;
• Strong understanding of data-driven decision making;
• Experience with Task Trackers - Jira, support tools (Zendesk);
• Intermediate/Upper level of English.
